Talk about hands-on for a trip across tastes—young chefs will whisk and mix, bake and chop (and even compete), then bring it all home to share (viola, dinner!). It’s a different daily regional feast for campers to create—think Chicago deep dish to New England clam chowder to SoCal tacos and more. Monday–Thursday, 3–6 p.m. $250 per camper, ages 9–14.
