Laissez les bons temps rouler! The good times will be rolling indeed at Stir’s hands-on Fat Tuesday feast and cooking class. Get up close and personal with cocktails, crayfish, gumbo, grits and more—including, of course, New Orleans-style bread pudding. Doubloons and beads optional. Space is limited, $75 per ticket. 6:30 – 9:30 p.m.
